Don't generally write reviews, but this item deserved one. I purchased the 150w dimmable flood light about 4 years ago to mount on the front of my house because the city street I am on has no lights and its pitch black most nights. After 4yrs this light is still going strong, and I am purchasing a second one to mount in a different location. the 150w light is more than bright enough for most residential uses or for around outbuildings. the light is dimmable for general travel to and from the building, but can be turned up when additional power is needed. On full brightness, I can light up the whole city block and the neighbors yard on the other side of the street. The light appears almost as daylight within about a hundred feet, gradually reducing the farther you get. It is an amazing crime deterrent, and works well for vehicle maintenance and outdoor chores after dark. I have had no issue operating it in all forms of weather between 110 degrees and negative 45 degrees fahrenheit. I have not used the stronger powered lights, as the 150w is more than sufficient for my needs. and with how bright the 150w is, I cannot imagine what all you could light up with the 600w. It can be a little awkward to hang up initially, but I mounted the bracket to a 2x4 and then bolted that to the intended mounting location. Overall its easy to install and provides a huge upgrade to most porch, or yard lights. I Strongly Recommend!

The lights have been great! We put two of them on opposite sides of our Pickleball court. They provide plenty of light for Pickleball and basketball. And it’s nice to be able to angle them a little bit to where we want the light.

Bright excellent use at night

Got this 3-panel 150 watt light fixture back in August 2019. When I got it, I was amazed by how sturdy and well-made it was. It replaced an old sodium lamp that quit emitting photons. Recently (January 2020) we had a problem where the unit started tripping our ground fault breaker. After making sure it was the light and not my switches or circuit, I contacted Stasun from their website. I received a near-immediate email response, and after a few questions and answers, they sent me a new unit. I'm giving it 5-stars despite the issue because I believe there was an actual defect where moisture leaked into the inside LED chamber. The courteous and fast response by a great person who signed as "Lan" was a rare thing to experience, and the information I provided went back to their engineers. Continuous improvement! They asked for feedback and here were my suggestions that might help another buyer:1) As seen in the pictures, I wanted to tilt the unit away from the pole, maybe 25 degrees. You can see how I did that with an angle bracket and a wedged piece of wood.2) I wish they had a photocell option but not a big deal, I bought a unit from a hardware store, see pics for mounting.3) To make everything waterproof I used an outdoor electrical box and used bushings (see bottom of box) to make sure no moisture crept in. The bushing I found was a little loose around the cord so I wrapped several layers of electrical tape around the wire to fatten it up a little where it goes through the compression bushing.All in all, we love the light, it has a very wide spread and because it has 3 large panels with the LED's nicely spread out, it's not as glary as many other outdoor lights that have one super-bright point-source bulb.

actual unit looks good. must be hard wired, no plug. very bright. I thought the lumens seemed low however it lights up the area nicely. Additionaly I can point light in 2 different directions for a more spread out light. good priced item.

Installed these a little over 2 years ago. They have been fantastic, but had a couple panels burn out. Reached out to customer service and after sending some pictures and ideas to try, I had 2 brand new ones show up! Tobby with customer service was fantastic! Sent him a couple photos and some info and he stayed in contact throughout and made everything super easy and fast!

The media could not be loaded. Excellent light so far (3 days actually installed). I have installed on a mounted roofline location but this was a test scenario. This light does exactly what I hoped. My situation has the following considerations:1. Charleston, SC winter weather is great for no bugs, snow, or freezing temperatures to take advantage of.2. Especially with daylight savings time it gets dark SSSOOO early that for most people you have maybe an hour before your sunlight is gone by the time you get home from work.3. I wanted to essentially make the time of day and the ability to see independent variables. This light pretty much does that4. I did NOT want the harsh white light like you are on the sunlit side of the moon. I wanted that warm easy on the eyes yellow sunlight. This light absolutely delivers.5. Being able to have a decent light beam cutoff was somewhat important so that I could control this light and not light up my neighbors. Between the cutoff and adjustments this light worked perfectly.I am not easily impressed and hold pretty high standards in general as far as what I believe my products or tools should be able to do. This light so far seems absolutely awesome and worth every penny. I found a stud to mount it to and didn't bother with any of the mounting hardware and instead used heavy duty screws typically used for heavy TV mounting solutions.
