I had a foot injury years ago and I have since suffered with plantair pain for years and when it flairs up I have just mindnumbing awful pain. I wear shoe supports all the time and even wear night braces and get shots when it gets real bad. This has been my life for years - dealing with the limited mobility and the pain - and not showing it at work (I work at a desk job). I think I have bought every product made - with varying results. I bought these to wear because I could wear them barefoot or in loose fitting shoes and they were well made and very adjustable with the velcro - since I was working from home I thought I could try something different - that didn't need to fit into a "business" shoe. I expected some relief but did not expect to be amazed at what they did for me. In their documentation they state that in 4 weeks you will see results - well it is true. They were comfortable and provided support (surprising how much), and overall felt good on my feet. In 4 weeks my pain went down immensely and I got to the point I could do without the night braces. These changed my life so my feet are feet again and I am mobile again - I will always have a spare pair of these. They worked for me better then anything I have ever worn or tried. They are just AWSOME.

These have been a heel saver for me. Well worth the price. I work night shift in home care and a lot of families don't want outsiders wearing shoes in their homes. My heel pain, which I had gone years without experiencing just from wearing heel inserts, including the ones made by HTP, in my shoes, came back with a vengeance. It felt like I was walking on glass. If you are reading this review, you know the pain of heel spurs, so I don't need to elaborate, but trust me when I say these helped me so much. I put a pair on, put a pair of non-skid slipper socks overtop, wear clogs to work and all I need to do is slip off my clogs and I am ready to stand, walk, climb stairs, and sit without pain. I wear them a few times, then wash on gentle in cold water, in a delicates bag (actually I use the special bra bag), and air dry. Same pair has lasted months. I did buy a second pair because it was a little hard to fasten the Velcro at my pudgy ankles. I bought a large, figuring with my size 11 feet they may fit better. They are a little too big, wearable, but the mediums fit better. After wearing them every night my ankles must have adapted to the wrap because they fit well, no problem fastening the Velcro. Only problem is trying to clean all the slipper fuzzies out of the Velcro, but I won't complain because my heel pain is gone.

I bought these for a very specific purpose. I have a collapsed arch and pretty bad over pronation on the left side so that my inner left heel collapses and causes terrible ankle pain. I bought these for support during yoga (I wear custom orthodics during the day.) Since I really only have an issue with the left foot / ankle, my idea was to only wear this on my left foot. Pain-wise, it worked great! Supported my arch and heel completely and I had no pain or swelling after intense yoga. The issue for me is that the heel cup / cushion is pretty thick (which I need) but it makes it pretty strange and uneven to just wear on the left foot. I was hoping to get away with just the left, since that’s the only foot that has the issue, but it makes the legs so uneven I’m not sure it’s a safe option. I may just wear both right and left to yoga to avoid the super uneven feel. Overall tho, I was able to do yoga without shoes (and without pain) for the first time in almost a year!! So the true purpose of these is perfect and a huge success.

I only recently (within the past few months) developed heel pain from my increasingly active lifestyle (started running road races and doing serious strength training for the first time last year) but it was steadily getting worse so I knew I had to do something or my lifetime fitness goals would be ruined. I did a bit of online research to figure out what my pain might be and how to treat it; I decided not to self-diagnose since there were multiple potential causes but when I found Heel That Pain, it seemed like the solution to all of them anyway. After reading others' reviews stating they spent years and hundreds of dollars before finding Heel That Pain, I am SO grateful to have discovered these heel wraps right away! It's hard to state my surprise and satisfaction in words but they dramatically reduced my heel pain IMMEDIATELY, on the very first day! I've only had them for a few days now but I wear them any time I'm not in athletic shoes and the pain is nearly gone (they fit great in my house slippers, boots, and roomier dress shoes, and I also sometimes wear them by themselves around the house since they have great traction on the bottom; I wear a standard US womens size 8 shoe and ordered the large heel wraps). Just a few days in the wraps and the last few months of pain are being erased! I ordered some Heel That Pain Full Length Heel Seats Orthotic Arch Support Inserts for Plantar Fasciitis and Heel Spurs (Medium) today so that I can have this support 24/7, whether working, lounging, or exercising. So many other reviewers have already said it better than me--that these products WORK--so let me just add that if you're like me and only just starting to deal with chronic heel pain, GET THESE FIRST! Try these products before you waste money on so much stuff that just doesn't help.

First, I ordered these and while watching the tracking I saw them arrive at my city but rather than go out for delivery, they went back to the distribution facility a state away. Weeks later I was told the package was lost. So, I ordered them again. Again, I followed the tracking to my city then back to distribution. Tired of waiting I finally went directly to the Heel That Pain website and ordered directly from them. On the website, it states that if you are in between or unsure of sizes to go a size up. I ordered a Large and am waiting on delivery. Meanwhile, the second Amazon purchase I made somehow made it back to my city and was delivered. Finally I can try these things on! The Medium I ordered from Amazon are way too small. I’m a size 9-10 depending on type of shoe. The arch support on these hit under my heel and is terribly uncomfortable. Now the reason for 1 star… I cannot return them!! Ugh. What a waste of time and money. Wish I’d gone to the original manufacturer website to begin with. —Update— I received the size Large directly from Heel That Pain website and they fit perfectly and feel great. I highly recommend BUT still can’t believe I can’t exchange the Medium through Amazon. I guess I’m stuck with these and out $$. Hate that!!!

They are very helpful but a bit of a headache to put on if you have back problems. As other reviewers have mentioned the ankle section is a bit short so if you are wearing long pants or skirts around the house, clothing keeps sticking to the ankle "velcro." Also, because the ankle strap does not close entirely, there is this open area around the heel that makes it feel a bit unstable sometimes. They are great to wear around the house but not to wear outside with shoes. The bottom of the wrap has a padding to help with your heel problem. This pad raises your foot which in turns makes wearing sneakers or boots feel to tight and when wearing with flats the foot keeps coming out of the shoes. They work fine with flip flops and open back slippers. Considering that I am yet to find a better option, I would definitely recommend for home use with the caveats noted above. They are a must for me to use when I am at home as it certainly helps alleviate the discomfort resulting form my heel spurs.

I bought these a couple years ago when I was having pain in both feet. They helped me immensely. And when I got over the problem, I put them away. Seems I forgot to write a review. Anyway, my left heel pain returned with a vengeance recently, and after trying everything else, I remembered these. As soon as I put them on, instant relief to the point that I can walk without a limp for the first time in several days! And I suspect that with continued regular use healing will take place and I will clean them and put them away again until needed.

I just received these HTP Heel Seat Wraps today and my feet fell in love at first step! Aaahhhh.....relief! I would love to have the cushion on my entire foot it feels so good, but that's just me being overly greedy! I highly recommend them, so far, and have not tried them with shoes. They will likely only fit inside athletic shoes, hiking boots, work boots, that sort of thing, and the box shows flip flops as well. There are 2 wraps for this price! UPDATE July 27, 2015: I love the built-in heel cup and contoured structure on the bottom of this wrap! I had ordered it hoping for the best, and admit that I wasn't aware of the built-in heel cup, so this came as an added bonus and surprise to me! I should have read the description a little more carefully! LOVE these wraps! A bit of history.....I have plantar fasciitis and heel spurs in both feet so I thought my days of comfortably walking around my home in barefeet was a thing of the past! I am absolutely thrilled with these Heel Seat Wraps and hope they last forever! However, I am tempted to order a second pair for when these are air drying after hand washing them. Yep! I'm going to do it! UPDATE July 27, 2015: I still love these wraps! They fit MY FEET and ankles well, but I can see that isn't true for everyone in the size range listed for medium. Just by way of clarification and to alleviate issues with shoe sizes (we all know how that can vary from different manufacturers, different shoe types), my feet measure exactly 9 inches from the "big" toe to the heel and my ankles, around the ankle bones and a bit swollen, measures 9.5 to even 10 inches on the worse foot. This is approximately where the velcro closures join, maybe slightly above that area. I still have a bit of velcro left, so it isn't as if I'm hooked on the very edge of the closures. However, it would be nice if longer closure stripso were used to accommodate various size ankles along with swelling. ***UPDATE, Aug 7, 2015**** The wraps seem to have stretched a little, or my ankles aren't as swollen, but the wraps are much easier to secure around my ankle and still very comfortable! So don't give up on these! I find it easier to put them on when they are on the floor and I place my foot in them, then sure the wraps around my ankles. In regards to the velcro, or other hook-and-loop product used, I also wish it had a better bite or grip to it, but I haven't had an issue with it yet. **UPDATE: December 29, 2015 ~ still love these, but the velcro closures are now occasionally popping open on me! The velcro closures are kept clean so that isn't the issue. Having said that, I love the comfort that the heel seat offers so, for me, it remains a 5-star item.
