I bought one of these ten or fifteen years ago, the original Ab Doer, and I didn't think it really worked, do you have studies showing the efficacy?

I am also using Slendertone with mine! The Ab Doer 360 is fun and challenging to me. I love the advanced video!

The whole system squeaks the rollers fall off it does absoloutly nothing to train your abbs i threw the box away or it would have gone back its just a piece of scrap metal under bed now
