Q: Will this work for a paddle board? Which is 20 psi but high volume?

Hi There. The high volume inflator inflates to 0.5 PSI so it will not be suitable for that application.

Q: Can this be used as an air blower for cleaning filters etc.?

No, not got the blow to clean filters.

Q: Just wondering what pressure this is capable of delivering? Also what is the max pressure on the high volume side? To inflate a paddleboard to 15psi?

fairly quick to inflate the low pressure on our paddleboard but we gave up on using it for the high pressure as it was taking far longer than it did with a double-action hand pump. it wasnt worth the the extra time to save the effort really. returned as this was only reason i bought it.
