the company is legit!
First the bulb is not "Sanuvox" that came with my Goodman unit. Second it had problems starting and then did not last long. But the company refunded me.

Not happy with performance at all.
When bulb was firstlugged in it took quite awhile for it to light up. It is not removing odors from the air like the own sanivox bulbs would do. Trying to give it time but think it is fruitless. The first bulb showed up broken. This one had a hard time getting started and doesn't appear to be working. Evidently not made to the same specs as the sanuvox bulb. If it doesn't work tonight will ask to return bulb for a refund. Sanuvox bulb would take cooking odors out of space along with smoke. This one isn't sorry to say. Was hoping it would have.

System failure occurred. Red light on all the time. Tried to restart many times without success.
Brought svc lamp in December 2018 installed April 2019 by trained technician, Worked fine until mid July. System failure occurred. Not working now. Has 12 month warranty, What do I need to to do about warranty?
