This product is impressive. I had not gone for many days. I used a fleet enema that did nothing so I knew I was in trouble. I've had constipation issues my whole life. I ordered this after reading the reviews. Took 2 first night with no results or discomfort. Took 2 the 2nd night and the next day things started moving. No cramps or anything. Took 2 the 3rd night and everything cleared out. No pain or cramps. It's phenomenal. Very impressed and relieved.
