Very good flavor. High in protein (43 gr in 1 cup) Low in fat & good source of many important vitamins/minerals. The Company is reliable/stand by their products! I put these beans in cold green salads, Chili's, soups, and my dog loves them as a snack & his homemade food!

One very good thing about these S & W • Canned Organic Kidney Beans is they have kidney beans, water, and a small amount of sea salt. No HFCS which puts body fat on me.I have lost a lot of body fat since I started to eat these kidney beans. Very good for me.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I thought I was getting new cans but over half of them were dented and some badly! Not eligible for return so I will never order again.
