Plustek Opticfilm 8200ise Film Slide 7200dpi USB 2.0

The media could not be loaded.  The chassis on mine must be bent because my unit wobbles and seems to have something a bit loose inside. I have to wonder how that might affect scans or what else isn't quite right with it.
