Great Flavor - Reasonable price
This is my fourth purchase (I bought two packages). I am on a KETO diet and it is hard to find high quality whole milk BLOCK mozzarella cheese to make my wonderful, KETO dinner rolls (for recipe see KETOFOCUS Dinner Rolls on YouTube). This cheese is perfect and delicious. The Styrofoam container had sufficient ice for February in Virginia (I recommend that you order before it gets too hot. Although, I ordered in the summer last year and the three ice packs were still cold even after sitting on my porch all day in 70 degree weather. The cheese is vacuum-sealed and perfect for my baking needs. I ordered TWO three pound blocks because I don't want to have to order during the very hot days of summer . The taste and texture are great - and it's from Wisconsin!

I was looking for a cheese that was truly delicious—and, above all, that stretched really well. As a Salvadoran myself, I highly recommend this one. Stop wasting your money; instead, invest it in something that is rich, flavorful, and natural.

Very good but kind of pricey!
The cheese is very good, just don't think the price is worthy of buying this product on Amazon when I can buy a high quality low moisture whole milk mozzarella product at Trader Joe's for $5 a pound.

PERFECT every time
I live 5000 miles from Wisconsin and ordering Cheese can be … however these folks really care about getting their superb cheeses where they are going and they pack accordingly. Today I received my 3rd order of Mozzarella cheese from them and like the previous orders the cheese arrived still chilled. Quality Whole Milk mozzarella can be hard to find In Hawaii so I took a chance, now 3 times, all Perfect! Thanks cheese people :) now back to making that pizza that uses only Wisconsin Whole Milk Mozzarella. I cook 99% of what I eat including Pizzas. Life, love, good food and my doggie make me happy.

The best cheese in the Union comes from Wisconsin.
All I have to say is absolutely amazing and my mind is blown away. Living in Florida I miss Chicago Pizza so I made it myself and damn was it just like home, but you have to have the right cheese.
