Tread carefully, we would not buy from them again
Ordered and installed Ayrmesh receiver on roof top for 4 cameras, all line of site within 100-150'. Our installer spent a day and a half on phone with them and could not get it to work. Ayrstone agreed to the return but insisted on our paying return shipping which is preposterous for a product that didn't function. We said we'd package it up, dispute the cc charge and they could arrange pick up. Ayrstone said they'd report it stolen if we did (that's a first) so we said we'd leave at the police station for pick up. :) We did return at our expense to get the matter closed...but still disputed the cc charge.

Best in Class performance. Easy to set up.
works like a charm, working with the hub. This is not an inexpensive system, but I just got tired of poor performance from consumer level products. I did screw up setting up. I thought that it would bind wirelessly, but the instructions were clear about plugging it into the hub. After following the instructions the unit set itself up in minutes. The upload and download speed in my remote office improved over a factor of 10X.

Very good product simple to use
Very good product simple to use, works as described, I have it bringing wireless into a house about 100yrds from the Hub. I have a neighbor that uses it as well and for a short time I was accidently using his hub signal from almost a mile away. For me the speeds are reduced between the main router and hub and the wifi router on the receiver end. but it is still good enough to stream movies and get the job done so it's a good product in my book. Second note Trees and or anything that blocks a direct sight between Hub and Reciever drastically reduces it's effectiveness so be ready to do some trimming or climbing to get the receiver above any interference.

This device will not likely accomplish what you want without other equipment. Please educate yourself before buying.
2 stars about the information provided on this item and not about the item itself. I buy from Amazon a lot... I mean a lot. It is customary that when a product must rely on another product to work effectively, that is clearly disclosed in the text. This receiver is mounted on the outside of a building, and even the video tutorial conveniently overlooks that you likely need the additional $100 product to bring the wifi signal inside your building. There was a specific question asked about this on this listing, too, and the somewhat snide answer by the company is to look at the 'how it works' on the company website. The website appears to have been updated, by the way, and the 'how it works' doesn't mention that. I did, however, spend some extra time searching and found the answer in a forum at [....] Here is paste of what is posted by Ayrmesh: The very best way to provide indoor WiFi (for instance, inside a metal building where a Hub's signal won't penetrate) is by using an outdoor AyrMesh product (Hub2n, Receiver, or Bridge) with an AyrMesh IndoorAP. Simply mount the outdoor AyrMesh product outside, run the Ethernet cable indoors to the power supply, and snap an AyrMesh IndoorAP onto the power supply before you plug the cables into the power supply. It is possible to use a WiFi router for indoor connectivity IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING. If you are not familiar with IP subnets and IP addressing, we do not recommend you try this. If you are confident in your abilities, however, there are two ways to set up a WiFi router: using a separate IP subnet, or neutering the router so it uses the same IP subnet. ---end of the pasted text---- To conclude my opinion rating, this seems a bit beneath a company like Ayrstone and sours me about them. I'll give them a better chance by helping me with another unrelated issue I am having. To be fair, their support has always been great over the years, that's why it is such an unpleasant surprise to see this sort of game being played on the Amazon listing.

Awesome customer service
This was actually the wrong product for me, but the customer service was so outstanding I want to give it a 5 stars anyway. We already have an Ayrstone hub that works great for us (and have received great service for that as well). My father owns a hotel and ordered this thinking it was a repeater. I did not get home to set it up until months later to set it up and realized it was the wrong thing. At first we decided to keep it anyway to use with a different hub we already own as was not good enough by itself as a repeater. The Ayrstone team did a great job helping me decide whether to keep it or not, explaining the setups needed, and then took it back for a full refund after we realized we could not really use it after all. I am going to get a second Ayrstone hub in its place as a repeater. More expensive than the repeater we already have, but the original hub works so well we are going to get another.

Easy setup and works great if needed
Works with Ayrstone Ayrmesh Hub2n. I'm using it to get Ethernet/Wifi inside of Metal Building about 1000 ft from the HUB2N. Have it connected using a Ethernet cable to a Router setup as a Access Point this give me Wifi and 3 Ethernet ports. Currently it is inside the building against a window and is working. Should work better when outside on the roof. Highly recommend if needed.
