Large package that will serve all your needs
It's a ton of lentil flower. We use it for a medical program but not much other uses that I'm aware of. It tastes fine, if you like beansprouts.

Humans can't digest raw lentils.
Learned the hard way that you must cook lentils because they aren't easily digestible. Something about proteins binding with your stomach... you'll have to search it up. Anyway, you can't put this in smoothies without cooking it which defeats my purpose for it.

Works great as a fiber additive for Seitan.
I use this in my Seitan recipe to hive it some fiber. Packed fullnof protein as well. Good value for momey.
