Follow the directions and be happy. Good size, versatility and lightweight design for most cooking. and use medium heat, use a high smoke point oil ..like Avocado (not olive oil) and do not use spray oils. Handle stays cool and works as described, clean when cool with non abrasive sponge or similar. I like using silicone type utensils to reduce risk of damage.

OMG! Just order it and throw away all your other frying pans (except cast iron!). This is amazing! lol never thought I would say that about a frying pan! We got the GreenPan electric skillet at Christmas and decided to try their frying pan because we liked the nonstick skillet so much. Now we have this frying pan AND the much larger one in this same brand. This doesn’t stick, is easy to clean and is plenty big enough for most people we just wanted the 20” as well due to volume of food we cook at a time. My daughter has asked for one for when she moves out on her own! Excellent omelette pan too!

Great non-stick pan. I've had the smaller size Rio of this same pan for nearly a year and it has worked very well. I typically cook large amounts of meat or vegetables at one time with this pan for meal prep and it does great. You do have to keep the temperature at medium or lower or else the non-stick doesn't work quite as well because it is a ceramic pan. Other than that there have been no issues. Good durability, very easy to wash and I expect it will last for several years.

Beautiful frying pan, solidly built, great feel and balance. Love the cream nonstick finish. But here's a warning -- I accidently let food burn in it and the surface didn't recover. I was able to get off all caked on charred material, but it the surface did get lightly stained that I couldn't get off no matter how hard I tried and with every conceivable cleaning product. The pan is still usable, but the non-stick properties have diminished considerably. And hey, this is NOT anything negative about the product -- I LOVE it and you may find my 5 star review about it that I posted when I first bought it...this is totally my fault. This is just a heads-up: WATCH THE POT as they say. Don't go wandering off and get engrossed in something on the computer while you've got something cooking on the stove, because, as I learned the hard way, cooking can quickly turn into burning if you are not watchful, and that can damage a perfectly beautiful frying pan.

This pan is amazing. It is way better than the 11 year old Orgreenic pan it replaces. Food just slides off pan this without effort and cooks quickly with only medium heat. Wipes clean with just a small sponge and a drop of dish detergent. The handle was a little smaller than my former pan which was great. The length of this pan's handle is perfect. Very good design. Highly recommend.

If you take care of it it’ll last forever. I mostly just use it for eggs. I use only silicon or wood spatulas. And I just wipe it out with a paper towel and spray it with very hot water to clean it. Almost a year later and it’s still as good as new and hasn’t lost any of its non-stick ability.

Love these pans. No forever chemicals. Clean up well. Good price.

It is a good non stick surface and lightweight. BUT I started getting chip on edge of pan within 10 uses. Chipping is a natural occurrence with Ceramic Non-stick. Ceramic coatings are very hard – i.e. in the same way as Porcelain Ceramics are hard but not very flexible. Secondly, unlike with PTFE coatings, Thermolon does not require any chemical adhesive primer to stick to the pan. Thermolon’s adhesion relies solely on roughening the pan’s surface before the coating is applied, which creates a natural lock and key adhesion. Any imperfections, such as chipping, are considered a reflection of the hardness of Ceramic coatings and not having to rely on chemicals for adhesion. As the product remains perfectly safe for use if it chips, it does not require a replacement. In fact, the hardness of the coating is one of its strengths because it will be less prone to scratching during daily use. The great thing is that our products do not contain any PTFE or other PFAS, and they are free of Lead and Cadmium. If chipping is present along the rim, it is recommended to use pan protectors. I would like to assure you that your product is perfectly safe for use.

Muy mala calidad le pongo aceite echo tres huevos y se pegan y asi con casi todo muy mal producto. Nuna a ido a lavaplatos y siempres limpiada a mano.

I had a Green Pan frypan for many years and finally had to replace it. I tried one or two other brands but for the price I prefer this one. This pan seems to wash easily and I’m pleased with the results.

I love these. This is my second one. Very good quality. Just treat is with respect. Don't over heat the pan and don't scratch it.

Best non stick fry pan I've had. Performs very well with the added bonus you can wash it in the dishwasher.

Ottima , non si attacca nulla. A distanza di mesi é ancora perfetta. Facilissima da pulire ( a mano non in lavastoviglie) Ci cucino di tutto usando solo un cucchiaio di olio extravergine.
