My benchmark for a good price for good PSU is a tenth of the wattage in terms of British pounds. So I bought this 650W PSU when it was available for less than 65 pounds. Being EVGA gold rated PSU with long warranty was welcome.It replaced a 650W Corsair one which developed the (un)popular ticking sound. This one has better bearings and the fan curve is good for silent operation most of the time. It was more compact and, being modular, it fitted easily into my PC case.So far I have not noticed any issue in the two weeks since I installed it.

I'm just about to replace my 750 GA so thought I'd update with a new review. It's been through many system updates, at the time it was a 1070ti build with a 3600xt and since then I've moved through years up to now with my 4070 and a 5800x and it still works great.Why am I replacing it then? Just an upgrade chance to move up to a PSU with 12 pin cable and more wattage to give myself more headroom for future upgrades.Everything about it for me has been great though and it certainly has stood the test of time while I've owned it. It'll make a great second hand purchase for someone too, partly paying off the upgrade in the process. I hope I don't regret leaving EVGA behind this time.

Perfect for what I needed, only running a gtx 1660 super and has scope to take on more.Easy to install, love the modular capability of the PSU and you can barely hear it.

It has been several months since this powered my client's computer. All is fine, it is working as expected. Being fully modular made building the PC easier as I chose a compact case, Meshify C Lite. So I avoided clutter and that promotes better airflow to some extent compared to a case where the bottom is chockful of unused cables for peripherals that will never be installed.

I have used EVGA products for many many years. pricing is competitive, products reliable and the feature set is up there with other top brands. Very pleased with purchase.

This power supply has blown up after 6 months of use using a lower power configuration it filled the room full of smoke and was really hot. Was not a power surge as didn't effect the monitor or any other device on the same electricity supply. I was using an Intel Pentium dual core and no GPU. The PSU has a 10 year guarantee not a chance that this piece of crap will last that long. I made an RMA to EVGA and communication is a joke takes days for response they managed to lose the parcel and now making a claim from royal mail.UpdateParcel was later found and finally got a replacement power supply, who knows how long this one will last.

Psu noise level 0.. Very easy to install.. Very stable and reliable.. I love the cpu 2 port..

let me start by saying that it (650w GA) was on offer (68£) when i got it and it was an amazing deal. It has everything that one might need for a budget/mid end build. Black sleeved wires were a bit hard to bend, putting unnecessary stress on MOBO but apart from that really good psu.Haven't tested stability extensively but so far no problems with my 3600 and evga 1660
