I bought the Groomiist Platinum series PS-3 in Jun-2020. In few days, one of the side locks and one of the blade attachments got broken. After lots of search, found the customer care in Haryana. I shared the photos of broken parts and received the parts after paying lumpsum charge including courier charges. It still did not work as the side lock was sent. Now they are asking to send the whole product by courier. This is total waste of time and energy. Also the new part received was not sealed and without any price tag indicating that it might have been taken out from any existing shaver. So service is overall very poor.

i have been using Panasonic Cordless Shave for years. Last week I saw it...WHAT... such a good prince with the fully-loaded machine. I was worried before I purchase it BUT TRUST me i found it an amazing product. highly recommend

The charging dock and it's adapter are very bad or I should say cheap quality

I have been using foil shavers for a long time now and my braun series head had worn out. I had looked for an alternative and bought this.It is horrible, doesn't cut at all even the earliest of hair. Plus there it is non refundable. Take my advice and save your money as it's a piece of junk priced very high.I got my alternative braun head from US and I'm good. Never to look at any of these products again.

Waste purchase dont go for it. It dosent cut the hair properly. Product is non returnable so be carefull while placing order in amazon. Its not worth for the price also battery lasts only for 15min.
