I plan on getting some veggie capsules. I feel like 50% improved the first day in ways I did not even know I was feeling bad in. I take this to aide my liver in detoxing from all the “food” available in the U.S. it tastes pretty bad just to add in water, but it’s worth it. I plan on getting some veggie capsules.
