## Questions & Answers

**Q: are these pre=cooked?**
A: Yes they are precooked but you do want to heat them. They are very tender and are excellant with a little garlic, butter and cheese. Just 5 minutes in the broiler and you're in for a treat.

**Q: are the snail suppose to be black**
A: Mine were dark, dark brown (arguably black).  Be sure to remove them from the canning liquid and soak in fresh water (10 min) before patting dry and using in your recipes.

We eat it once a year. We like the escargot snails with basil and olive oil, and French bread (still warm-just from the oven). Yummy!It is a family tradition since we've learned that it is healthy for you;)
