It did relieve some of the pain but the whole thing is quite hard on your back. Bit uncomfortable.

Amazing!!!Great value for money, I bought for my Nan who suffers with overall back pain, hip pain and arthritis- it sends her to sleep and is easy to use for the whole body, you can adjust it to add or relieve pressure. Really easy to use and the added heat aspect is lovely and helps with pain. It follows a sort of programme which adjusts the way it moves which is really clever and means you get a great massage just as good as salon I would say!

I bought this more for comfort than for dealing with an ailment.Having used it a few times I was worried it was causing me pain, so I haven’t used it too often. So beware.

This was good but only for lower back it's awkward to keep in place and very noisy

I found this massager very efficient for back pain, and for leg pain, but unfortunately the netting ripped after four months. This was the second one of this model I have bought, and the same thing eventually happened to the first one. I am now looking for a different type to avoid this happening again.

Had to be returned because it didn't heat up.
