Well-conceived formula by a top expert that supplies the needs of vegans without overdoing artificial supplements. I like that it has ample vitamin D, iodine, and B12, plus taurine, calcium, etc. Seems expensive but if you really look at labels of other products and see that you have to take other tablets to get things that are missing or undersupplied, it's actually the best value in my analysis comparing Deva, Kind and other quality vegan multiples.

This is one of high quality vitamin pills available without the possible harmful additives of many other vitamin brands. The only complaint I have about is that the plastic lid to ope/close the vitamin bottle is very thin and easy to break when you first open it. I had to replace it by cover from a bottle of another herb. A broken cover can cause scratches/cuts etc. The vitamin is pricey and so is the shipping expense. I have no substantial criticism of the vitamin content itself and do agree it provides "gentle care," I believe it to be an excellent choice of healthy ingredients.

I really like this vitamin! It is complete and vegan. I swallow the caps one by one, taking two a day. Not small but not oversized either. Very happy with this multi vitamin. 8/1/2013 Update: I am onto my third bottle. I really enjoy taking these vegan multivitamin . I have no side effects, and they really are easy to take. Pricy, but absolutely worth it for the health benefits and healthy lifestyle living.

This is a good multi vitamin for those who take Deplin (methylfolate) because their DNA test showed an MTHFR mutation in that they can't metabolize man-made folic acid.

I buy and use these multi-vitamins repeatedly and my health remains excellent. One star off because they are extremely expensive and I have to supplement with extra vitamin D from another source.

I have been supplementing with Dr. Fuhrman's Gentle Care Formula for quite some time, and I am confident that they are fulfilling all of my daily nutritional requirements. I have been a vegan for several years, and these vitamins are vegan containing the necessary Vitamin B-12. This is the only vitamin I will use. It gives you what you need and not extra vitamins your body just eliminates.

This is a good product. I needed something that didn't have too much calcium as I have had kidney stones in the past. It's really hard to find a supplement with less than 1000mg. This only has 100mg as the more absorbable calcium citrate. Other formulas also have toxic amounts of vitamin A. This one doesn't. After seeing this product featured on Dr.Oz, I was convinced this is a good product.
