Very easy to clean
Excellent pan! Not too heavy given its large size but works really well and the non stick finish is very good, very easy to clean.

Extremely Disappointed – Warped Under Normal Use & “Lifetime Guarantee” Not Honored
I purchased the Le Creuset Toughened Non-Stick Square Grill with Long Handle (28cm) expecting premium quality and durability, especially given the brand’s reputation and price point. Unfortunately, this pan warped after normal use with heat well within the advertised specifications. The product listing clearly states it is oven safe up to 260°C. However, after the pan warped, customer support informed me that it should only be used on low to medium heat. That directly contradicts the advertised heat tolerance and makes the stated temperature rating feel misleading. Even more disappointing was the response regarding the lifetime guarantee. Despite the warping occurring under what I believe to be normal, within-spec use, support declined to cover it. A lifetime guarantee should provide confidence in durability — not come with undisclosed limitations that void coverage under typical cooking conditions. For a premium-priced product from a brand like Le Creuset, I expected far better durability and far stronger backing of their warranty. Unfortunately, this experience has seriously undermined my trust in both the product and the guarantee. I would not recommend this grill pan based on my experience.

Not great on induction
For the amount of money for this pan you would expect it to be good on induction. This has put me off buying Le Creuset again.

Si tienes una base redonda no pilles una sarten cuadrada. Esto te lo enseñan en la guardería. Fuera bromas. Aunque tu inducción ocupe toda la base de la sarten las esquinas no se van a calentar nunca. Hay 8 centimetracos desde el final de la base a la esquina que no tiene contacto con la inducción. Resultado, pues que vas a poner alimentos y no se van a cocinar
