For whatever reason Samsung changed the connectors on their new filters - I ordered prior w another company and had to send the filters back , I contacted Samsung and supposedly nothing I can do ? Wtheck , I’ve purchased two other times via another site and a fb exchange where someone bought the wrong size . I must use this brand and thankfully found a pic I’d taken of the brand way back . You’ve saved mt life lol ;) I’m a water and crushed ice drinker and even converted to drinking our not so bad sink water but that was a hard time in my life - just saying . I truly hate that water filters are so expensive & know people who don’t buy them and opt for delivered water .Glad to save a few bucks. Thanks again

This is exactly what our fridge uses and we are satisfied with its performance

The label shows the correct starting and finishing position for this filter as you insert and rotate it for installation. Each filter has month labels included, a nice touch although my fridge has a 'change me' light as a reminder when it's time.

Clean, easy deal, quick response, and product as advertised. I will be back.

The WSS-1 filter was an easy plug in replacement for the factory filter on my 28 cu ft Samsung French Door Refrigerator. I recommend buying the 2 pack as it offered the lowest per filter price, even lower than the 3 pack. No drips at all. I just placed a little of the included silicone lubricant on the o-rings and put it in. Very easy. Ran a gallon of water to remove the little bit of charcoal dust from the filter and everything is good. Water and ice are fresh tasting, clear, and everyone in the family was happy.Why spend more?

After reading the reviews for this product and the equivalent Aqua-Pure product, I decided to buy one of each and do a side by side comparison. The first thing I noticed was that the Water Sentinel is made in USA, while the Aqua-Pure is made in Mexico. The Water Sentinel appears to be better constructed and heftier. It also includes 0-ring lubricant, which makes installation MUCH easier. After flushing a gallon of water through each, the taste test was pretty much the same, the Water Sentinel maybe a bit better. Considering that the Water Sentinel is about half the price (and did I mention MADE in USA), it certainly seems like a no-brainer.

I have a Samsung french door refrigerator. Looked in the owners manual for the filter model number. Not in there. What would Samsung's motivation be not to include the model number of the water filter?? Anyhow, I ordered a 2 pack only to discover it was the wrong filter. I'll be selling them on another site. In the meantime, I pulled the filter while changing and finally have the right number. Will be ordering the correct one from Water Sentinel.

Next best thing to Samsung original filters. Fit perfectly, no leaks. Water tastes about the same as the Samsung. And best of all, they are about half the price.

Seems ok but only been a few weeks. Good water pressure, water is clear and tastes good. Took a week to get the air out of the system though which was odd. Price is definitely better than buying original.

They seen to be doing an adequate job and not a drop of water has leaked yet so consider these filters over the rather pricy Samsung ones.
