Earthborn Elements Glycine 200 Capsules, Pure & Undiluted, No Additives

This works great for me. I take two every night and getting to sleep has become much easier for me. My dreams have also improved as well, I think I am getting longer, more vivid REM sleep. For really tough nights, some glycine with some melatonin gummies works wonders for me. Very nice product.

I got this to try out for heart health, and I was also hoping for some added benefit for Type 1 diabetes. I really don't know yet if there has been any effect on either, however, the huge benefit has been for sleep. I take just 1 capsule right before bed, and I'm asleep in no time. No tossing and turning, no racing thoughts, just sleep. Plus, I stay asleep until morning. I couldn't be happier with this product.

I’m a 66 year old male with mild sleep issues. Product arrived promptly and is quite professionally packaged. I started taking 2 pills every night after dinner (about 2.6 grams) and noticed some improvement after several days. I was more likely to sleep longer between night wake ups and it was slightly easier to get back to sleep. It’s definitely is subtle, if I wake and worry I’m not going to get back to sleep for a few hours. No drug hangover that occur with sleep aids but I think it has some morning after effect but I can’t specifically say what. I also think it has some mild GI effects but nothing serious. I haven’t noticed any real positive cognitive effects but my brain may just be too wore out to be wildly creative anymore.I’ll continue to take it and feel that it’s a safe alternative to OTC sleep aids but it’s not a miracle pill. I’d recommend trying it and see for yourself.

I really like this company Earthborn Elements. They continuously put out clean products at an unbeatable price.This Glycine is in powdered gel tabs. Medium sized light capsules. Super easy to swallow, very clean. I take 2 of these about 3 times a day. For me, I feel a very calming energy, almost a sense of easiness. Glycine is a very smart supplement to put into the body to repair cellular damage and control energy levels, can also be taken before bedtime. Earthborn Elements offers the best dosage at the best price.

I am impressed with the perceived quality of this product. I appreciate the easy to use packaging. I am a health nut and in my opinion this supplement by its nature isn’t one that you are going to wake up the next morning saying wow. I use this product when I consume certain beverages and I trust that it does what glycine has been shown to do in study’s. Do your research. Decide for yourself before you use a supplement. If you want to take glycine I believe this is a good one.

That item claims to be a glycine,but capsules mixed with some other drugs.Glysine sweet,but some capsules contain bitter tasted drugs.It scary .I wanted my money back,but it is not returnable .Shame !!!

UPDATE: The seller, Quality Producer Direct, refunded me quickly when I requested it. They say they're pulling this lot from Amazon's stock. I'm adding back a star to reflect this.The first bottle, Lot 55015, was fine. It had that sweet taste that I expect. (I open the capsules and swallow the granules.) The second bottle, Lot 63851, had a burning, chemical taste that masked most of the sweetness. I contacted Earthborn Elements, and they sent a new bottle out right away. I appreciate that kind of service.However, the third bottle was from the same lot. I didn't realize it for a while. The granules tasted mostly sweet again, so I figured the problem was fixed. However, today I put a capsule in my mouth and HOLY MOLY!The taste was horrific. I've swallowed probably thousands of gelatin capsules in my life, and none of them ever tasted like this. It was like it was made from a cow that had been decaying for a month. I spit it out, but a half hour later, the back of my throat still has a slight burn, and my stomach is churning. Despite what seemed like great customer service, I'll never buy another product from this company.
