Excellent quality item, delivery slightly late but hey it’s a pandemic ! This is much more reasonable priced than many others on the market, it’s well made and extra length which was a bonus. Handy carry bag. Don’t think buy! I’m not the lightest of people and though ‘oh no this is going to break the skin ‘ it doesn’t, I was scared I admit it they feel really really hard, it’s not going to tickle that’s for sure...but....it’s amazing, I work on my feet I don’t sit for long long periods of the day, once you get over the feeling that you can’t do it and realise you can it’s a fabulous sense of relief, heat and calm. You won’t die if you remember to breathe which I didn’t my first time on it...top tip...slow controlled breathing is the way to go . If an overweight 50 year old can do it so can you :)

Wrong colour sent, ordered grey, but received khaki...decided to keep it anyway. Had done quite a bit of research prior to ordering and decided to give it a go. Went for the extra long mat as have quite severe health issues and wanted to expose most of my body to it’s potential healing benefits. Quality seems okay, as expected really...lots of spikes! Removable covers which will be handy for washing. Used it the first time onto bare skin, and I have to say, I loved it. Not too painful, just a nice tingly sensation. Used it for half an hour for my first session, now using it for at least an hour morning and night. I find it makes me feel very sleepy and rested when I’m lying on it (I have fallen asleep a few times) and afterwards I feel very warm and remarkably pain free. It’s only been a few days, but I swear I’m already feeling better. Whether it’s in my head or actually physically helping I’m not sure, but either way, I’m definitely a fan and will continue to use it. I recommend anyone giving it a go, it’s not a lot of money to gamble, and hopefully it will help as much as mine is helping me. Oh, and the massage balls are okay, not particularly good quality compared to others that I specifically bought, but I consider them a freebie so...

Oh my yes it hurts. First time ever doing something like this. Need to keep doing it to get used to it and should wear a tshirt but i just went for it. Bare skin… i cant explain the pain ive been in. Was at the end of my tether but ive just got this about 30 minutes ago. Lay on it for 5 minutes and i can move. I can actually move. My lower back cox area has been killing me for days and 5 minutes of this has seriously eased that pain. Dont know how long for but whatever its doing it working!Slowly starts to get hotter and hotter when you lie there but guess thats the blood rushing to the area! Feels amazing. Thank you! A lot!

I was recommended this by my daughter-in-law, a nurse at the NHS. With Covid, she works crazy long hours and it takes it's toll on her back. My arthritis had been bothering me a lot and ordered it... both my husband and I are AMAZED that this thing can bring relief after just 10 minutes. I don't profess to know how it works, but am so happy that it does!

I love my new mat and pillow. I suffer with chronic pain and fatigue so decided to give this set a try. After a few minutes of slight discomfort, it really is a relaxing experience. I am trying to incorporate 30 minutes each evening and so far I love it. I relax deeply whilst on it but get up feeling slightly energised and less stiff. I really look forward to my time on the mat each evening. Very happy with my purchase.

Quality is quite basic, very thin cloth and cheap hard plastic. The mat also says it 'does your feet', so I assumed that it would be long enough for the whole body. Wrong. It only reaches the top of your thighs and is so thin that there is no room for your arms as well. I am a thin 5'4" person, so this is mean in sizing. If you want to do your feet, that has to be when you stand on the mat. Heaven knows how you stand the pain! The overall feel is one of discomfort, quite intense at first, which if you persist, and you must - it becomes a pleasurable experience. Afterwards is best, probably because you can't feel the pain anymore! It did, however relieve my stiffness and neck and back pain, so on balance is probably worth using, but quality and size is poor.

I love the mat as recommended to me by my sister in law. I personally prefer lying on the mat on the floor, the balls are too hard and spiky for me, I do not like the pillow for my head. I do like the pillow for my feet at my desk or as a lumbar support cushion on the sofa, everyone will have different pain relief needs, Mother and mother in law now also have one!

They did give me a gift card that could be redeemed upon a favourable review which I have no interest in using. This also will be my last review as Amazon censor my reviews if I show big problems with a product, but that’s not to say there was anything wrong with this particular one.
