This basket is amazing because it is the perfect soze for my sourdough (i use teh tasty recipe online) and the dough sits so well. You must flour it well though, or it will stick! (like all proofing baskets). It even came with a cover which you use when proofing or you can put it on and push it down to create a dip so it can also be usedas a bread basket! overall, great product just a little pricey.

The basket does the job perfectly, I don't need to use the fabric lining but it came handy when I needed to make two loaves at the same time. Good product, now planing on to buy oval one for different shaped loaves!

Used for 500g (ish) sourdough loaf. Not the best quality basket in the world but cleaned up nicely, did the job it was designed to do and washed well after use. I've not used the insert but again it seemed to clean up nicely and fits the basket well. So far so good!

Purchased for sourdough baking - it stops the dough spreading too much during proving. Didn’t stick at all with rice flour sprinkled inside. Expensive but hopefully will last a while. Produced a lovely pattern on the outside of my loaf.

This basket is nice and made neatly but weight vis it’s lighter than my other basket which was exactly the same size (although I couldn’t find any information that weather it makes any difference or not).I made a loaf (with only 400 gram flour) in and the dough had raised up to the top. So maybe I should have got a bigger basket.

Works well ..... and gets better as flour builds up on the surface of the bowl.

Great size, still as new after 6 months of weekly use. Great addition to my bread making.

Likes - good value , quick dispatch, easy to work with. Dislikes - lack of advice with basket as to how to remove the bread dough - trial and improvement worked - I heavily flour the basket before putting dough in and don’t pull at it when trying to get it out to bake - gently tease it out and let gravity help...
