Maybelline Lifter Gloss, Hydrating Lip Gloss with Hyaluronic Acid, Moon, Nude Pink, 0.18 Ounce | Hydrating Lip Gloss

I'm not a huge fan of lip gloss, but I really like this formula. It's not greasy and has staying power, and really conditions my dry lips with just the right amount of shine (I avoid the ones with additional shimmer, because that is too much for me). This is what I hoped for, a subtle bright. A nice bright raspberry shade that isn't out of place on my face, especially since it is sheer and, yes, I blot it. I don't know if it actually plumps the lips. The tingling sensation is barely there, very gentle and not unpleasant. I feel like it may plump my lips slightly just from being nice and hydrating. I like to wear these glosses for just a hint of colour and a definite feeling that my lips are protected and nourished. It's almost more like skincare than makeup to me! I have dry lips, skin and hair, but oils don't work on my. I really tried to jump on the lip oil bandwagon, but honestly, I've hated every one I've tried. So I will stick to this and my nice, creamy lipsticks and a few other choice products that are comfortable and help me look and feel better!

This is truly one of the best bang for your buck glosses out there. I bought shade gummy bear and its the prettiest shade of pink, perfect for fairer skin. You get a lot of product, the bottle is fairly large. It doesn't have any tingling or very visible plumping effect but it leaves my lips feeling hydrated and softer after a while of wearing it everyday. Its not sticky but its thick enough where its visible and will last on my lips for a good while.

Sodium Hyaluronate, the salt form of Hyaluronic Acid, is known for its moisturizing properties. These ingredients contribute to hydrated lips and provide the subtle plumping effect I desire. The lip gloss applies well and it’s not heavy. Prior to applying the product, I utilize a lip preparation to enhance the longevity and adherence of the gloss. The gloss creates the appearance of fuller lips; however, individuals seeking significant enlargement or pronounced poutiness may find that the results are more subtle. This assessment is based on my personal experience. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the performance of the lip gloss, and the shades I have selected are visually appealing.

Love the color and it smells amazing. I cannot wear it if I am eating anything savory though, because it has a sweetness to it.

I love lip gloss!!! If I’m going anywhere I always need one on hand and feel empty withoutit. I spent some time looking for a Fenty dupe because my obsession was getting quite expensive. I will say I wish it was just as thick as the Fenty lip gloss, but it’s definitely comparable in quality, it’s long lasting, super easy to apply, lightweight, clean and plumps lips! My lips felt moisturized and I love that the colors are light sheer depending on how many coats you apply. There’s a slight tint depending on the color. If helpful, I purchased Caramel, Honey, and Ice. All so beautiful!!!

This is very lightweight, goes on smoothly, and is shiny while it lasts. I didn’t feel any tingling. I didn’t see any plumping. I really didn’t care about that, however. I wanted it to last and be hydrating. It’s neither, in my opinion.

Love this color. Not sticky at all. Smooth application. Color is exactly like picture. Good everyday lip gloss.
