He has had some pain in his right foot since football started. I trimmed them down and put them in his cleats and he says that although it doesn’t frilly solve the pain issue it does help provide some more comfort. We coupled it with a compression foot sleeve with a wrap band and it has helped a lot better with this combination. I do think the cushioning helps his heal where it hurts the worst.
