works great for garden hose to shower head
Works great for hose to standard bathroom shower head. I was cleaning / demineralizing a shower head, and just needed an easy way to check it out without pulling off my existing shower head. This allowed me to test it with an outdoor garden hose. Plus as some other reviewers commented, if I ever want adapt a shower head to an outdoor use, this will do it.

These fit perfectly
I almost didn’t buy these because Amazon said they are often returned “due to poor size or fit” but these fit perfectly. The only thing I can figure is that people don’t understand that these are an adapter to go between a standard house hose bib thread and the thread on pvc irrigation fittings. If that’s what you are looking for, these are exactly right.

Quality brass adapter. Used to attached showehead (1/2 in thread) to hose bib (3/4 in thread). Threaded on smooth and no leaked even without tape.

Didn’t need it for what I initially thought I needed it for, but came with an idea with it. I hooked this up to my standard garden hose (3/4”) and was able to test and adjust my 1/2” sprinklers before going through the work of installing them. Kinda cool!

These adapters allowed me to convert the MIP threads that came with a hose reel I purchased to a garden hose fitting. Excellent quality fittings with a excellent quality rubber washers. Works as intended with no leaks.

I just set up irrigation for my yard. Since I have a few things all spaced far apart, I used garden hose to bring water to each area. Used these to adapt to manifolds for 1/4 inch tubes leading to spray nozzles. Perfect fit. Exactly what I needed.

Good quality brass fittings. I used these on the faucet above my laundry tub so I could run a 1/2" to 3/8" braided steel hose to a faucet for my wash tub. The fittings are well machined and properly threaded.

It has a good quality, but it comes with a pair of same item. I'd rather I could buy a combination of males and females, no need to buy two pairs for my small job.
