Works like magic! With just a couple of (very intense) treatments it sorted out my upper back knots. Good for lower back pain too and I even averted plantar fascititis with early treatment. Takes a bit of practice of how to hold it when treating your upper back but you'll figure it out. Very portable and I bring it into work daily in case of any aches and pains from pooor posture or moving & handling strains - its proven very popular in my department and at least 3 of my colleagues have bought one too!!

It has really helped to cope with my back pain. It gives some relief when things are really bad and means I do not have to take super strong medication that upsets my whole system.

Used for 10 minutes Christmas day (was a present bought for my husband) then it stopped working. Trying to return this was an issue with the supplier insisting that I pay for return postage for them to then refund me. Only when i insisted on a prepaid returns label did they finally send it. Would not recommend.

Fairly easy to use although the gap between the power-pack and the actual massage 'gun' make it a bit awkward. Need to make sure the user doesn't get fingers caught between the two! 3 settings. Portable. Easy to recharge.

Got this for my birthday. Great for recovery after heavy gym and CrossFit sessions as well as normal stress and strains of life. Feels well made abs heavy. Have not changed the attachments yet but really pleased with it.

I’am delighted with this mini theragun, it has made such a difference to my neck and shoulder pain. Reducing my pain has given me an increased range of movements too. Amazing

First time i ordered this item it didn't work. I ask for replacement. Waited and the other product was also not working.

Die Theragun Mini ist für eine Massagepistole sicherlich nicht günstig - zumindest, wenn man sich Knockoffs und deren Preise anschaut. Allerdings sprechen die Leistungswerte für sich: bei der TG Mini erhält man definitiv 12mm "Punch", auf die man sich verlassen kann. Diese sorgen auch für ein entsprechend starkes Einstampfen auf die bearbeiteten Muskelpartien. Bei den teureren Theragun-Modellen sind es wohl 16mm und mehr Belastbarkeit im Sinne der Druckkraft und sollen für noch tiefere Erreichbarkeit und Bearbeitung von Muskeln und Verspannungen sorgen. Ob man dies im privaten Bereich braucht oder überhaupt sollte, weiß ich mangels Expertise allerdings nicht. Die Gefahr, dass man sich etwas kaputtmachen kann, ist ja durchaus auch gegeben, sodass ich hier lieber auf 4mm Travel verzichte. Die Pistole an sich hat eine Menge Punch. Die 3 verschiedenen Geschwindigkeiten bilden subjektiv unterschiedliche Intensitäten ab. Die niedrigste Geschwindigkeit empfinde ich persönlich als die am tiefsten gehende und auch für die stärkste Entspannung sorgende. Die höheren Geschwindigkeiten fühlen sich je nach Muskelgruppe mehr nach einem Vibrieren an, sodass es zwar ein angenehmes Gefühl erzeugt, aber nicht zwingend eine tiefe Entspannung bei mir auslöst. Ich nutze die Pistole sowohl bei verspanntem Nacken und Rücken nach dem Aufstehen und fühle mich danach sofort entspannt und fit für den Tag, ohne weitere Schmerzen zu verspüren. Zudem kann man die Mini auch gut als kurzes Aufwärmprogramm für die Muskeln vorm Sport nutzen. Meine Erfahrung: man steigt deutlich geschmeidiger und beweglicher in die Sportaktivitäten ein und kann direkt mehr Leistung abrufen. Nach dem Sport sorgt die Theragun dann wieder für eine Entspannung der Muskeln und gefühlt auch für eine leichte Verhinderung von Muskelkater (gänzlich kann sie es ganz sicher nicht aufhalten - ein Wunderwerkzeug ist es nicht). Insgesamt bin ich sehr glücklich mit der Theragun Mini. Sie sorgt sofort und kompromisslos für Entspannung, wenn eine Muskelpartie warum auch immer zwacken sollte und bereitet mich gut auf sportliche Aktivitäten vor - ich kann sie nur empfehlen.

Llevo usando años esta marca y ahora me e decidido por esta mini y mas contento lo puedo estar,es una maravilla súper manejable nada de ruido y para lo pequeña que es tiene bastante fuerza 👏👏
