Finally, a vitamin B complex that doesn't contain 500% more than you need! Too much of a good thing can actually be a bad thing. This is exactly what I needed!

Great price, works great according to years of blood work. I would prefer it were coated though. Tiny as it is, it is the hardest to swallow because it begins to dissolve quickly an often sticks to the back of my mouth or throat if I am not careful swallowing.
