This a squeeze bottle that seems to me to give a consistent dose per squeeze. I have not had to change the amount or frequency after using this for over 40+ years except as changing environments exposed me to additional allergens.

Otrivin does not contain any menthol. It is a good solution to long term allergy treatment.
