Flavour is decent, much better than most gels i've tried anyway, and it's easy to consume mid-run. My only bugbear is the way they are wrapped and (admittedly, I've not seen anyone else with this issue so perhaps I've got a bad batch) the fact the wrapper is almost wrapped into the chew, so you basically have to eat part of the foil wrapper. They're also not especially easy to get into while running. Hopefully this is useful to the manufacturers, maybe something to look into?
