I live in Texas and sleep upstairs where the heat rises. I like those light woven blankets, but my cat's claws always snag them. This coverlet is wonderfully soft and snuggly. The texture is smooth and velvety and doesn't snag. It has enough weight to feel covered but not smothered. There is a 4 inch satin border on the top and bottom that feels silky and lint free around the face and neck. No noticeable shrinking and it came out of the dryer without wrinkles. I liked it enough to go back and buy a second.

This is my second one. It’s a little thicker than a bed sheet (more like flannel) but it’s warm! I fly frequently and it’s always in my carry on. The first one I ordered is still in great shape after 3 years so I ordered a second for my spare bedroom. The satin edges have held up amazingly as I am a lifetime stim-er.

The first picture is off the Amazon page, the second picture is the actual blanket. If precise color matching is important to you, you are likely to be disappointed. For my purposes it's fine; soft and very lightweight, which is what we wanted. It's in the wash now, so if it doesn't absolutely disintegrate the four-star rating will stand.

This is a ‘sheet blanket’.Some reviewers seem to be confused about this…. It is slightly thicker than a sheet (but with more warmth) and much thinner than a blanket.Very comfortable and super lightweight, perfect for warm summer nights.Or for layering.Somebody said this blanket was stiff. Nothing could be further from the truth. It is very silky and soft, even after washing and drying.Just know what you are ordering …. A sheet blanket. Just as it says.

Wow! When they say "light weight" they aren't joking. This is not a blanket, it is more like a tissue. I purchased the "blanket" after reading reviews, particularly one review stating it reminded the purchaser of blankets growing up as a kid. That poor person must have grown up in a homeless shelter or refugee camp.Notice in the picture how easily you can see the print on the bed sheet underneath this "blanket". This won't even serve as a blanket to have on the couch to bundle up while watching a movie. The review software is asking me to rate it based on "lightweight, softness, and comfort". While it is very, very lightweight and soft, I really don't think those metrics are going to help someone from being dissappointed after purchasing this item.

This sheet blanket offers no warmth at all. I do not like the texture or the color. It does not look like the photo. It will go to charity. Maybe someone else can use it.

I bought this blanket because I couldn't find a light flannel sheet blanket. I like this even better. It is well made, very soft and light. Perfect with top sheet in summer A/C cooled house. The top and bottom satin binding is well done. According to other reviews this blanket will soften up even more with each trip through the wash. Only time will tell.

I was looking for a very thin blanket and found this online. Wanted to know what dimension the king size one was but no one could answer that. So it is 108" x 90" (or 274cm x 228cm). It is a good size for a king bed but I think I'll be careful when I do wash it so it hopefully doesn't shrink. I wouldn't want to lose too much width or length.It's exactly what I was looking for. A very lightweight blanket, about the thickness of flannel or maybe slightly thinner. Just the ticket for summer weather sleeping. Quality seems fine but I've only had it just under a week so far.

great color, not too warm, great for all seasons

Very very thin like a sheet… actually, I have better quality sheets than this “blanket”.Also they sent the wrong colour and size. So I re-ordered. Got correct size but wrong colour. But I was like whatever, I can deal with the colour, that’s when I opened it and noticed it’s not even a blanket. It was so thin, I could see my hand through it and material quality was not good. returned it for the second time. Not happy.

Love this blanket. Great quality with the soft satin edges. Silky soft and not heavy. Perfect for warm temps and great for an extra blanket for guests. My cats love to sleep on it and their fur does not adhere to it. Washes well.
