Really pleased with the climbing frame, it's high quality and it arrived in good time during lockdown. It does take a lot of building, including pre-drilling but we'd read lots of reviews before buying so we were prepared for it. Our daughter really enjoys it. We made the sand pit a bit deeper by adding more wood to the sides and also made a sand pit lid, which it doesn't come with. The only criticism we had was that the vinyl sheet parts are not pre-cut or marked out, and although there's a guide to measure it out yourself, it was really time consuming to get it perfect. Maybe a full size printed pattern on paper would be useful.

it is a very nice playground, but assembly needs a big effort, but worth it in the end,the only thing you needs to be aware is the window from the playhouse facing to the stairs is too low, it has a potential health and safety concern, as children can fall off from the inside to the lower levelled platform,we put on an extra board to increase the height of the window and limit the via window access from inside,the quality of the wood can be increased if possible, but due to the money i spent, i am happy with the product and would recommend to other friends,

Beware of size doesn't tell you, you need 2 meters at the bottom of the slide or the swings for health and safety . Company good on replacing split and damage wood.

When the product arrived the timber was wet and mouldy. I had to pay a joiner to buy me some replacement timber planks. Most disappointing of all is the missing square swing brackets which hold up the ropes. This renders the product useless. I paid for swings but I only have a useless long wooden pole in my garden. This was supposed to be a birthday present but I have a very very upset young child. How can such an important, vital component be missing? Ridiculous.

Great climbing frame, easy to put up with 2 people. Fantastic quality too, my son loves it. Tons of bits to keep him happy. We’ve converted the ground level to a giant sand pit but takes a lot of sand to fill!

This arrived in lockdown and initially looked a bit daunting but it was put together within two days (one person), and our children love it!!! Well worth getting, nice and sturdy product, arrived when expected with organised delivery arrangements.

My children loved every bit of it. It took me 3 days to set it up myself. Great customer service. I got a late delivery and I was compensated for it.

Wir haben uns für Wickey entscheiden aufgrund der großen Vielfalt. Keine lange Lieferzeit. Aufbauanleitung paar super und die Qualität und Bohrlöcher sind sehr fachmännisch gemacht. Somit ist ein Aufbau auch für Hobbyhandwerker möglich

I bambino la adorano! È molto solida, ben strutturata. La pecca, se proprio devo trovare una ( ma è più per essere rompi scatole), è che il telone rosso arriva un unico pezzo, con una "mappa" cartacea, per come deve essere ritagliato. E ti devi mettere di pazienza per misurare, tracciare e ritagliare. Rispettando le istruzioni però si fa tutto il montaggio senza grandi difficoltà.

Ich wollte erst einen anderen Hersteller auf Grund einiger Bewertungen auswählen, habe dieses aber doch nicht gemacht.Ein Nachbar hat mir geholfen, alleine kann man nicht alles halten.Natürlich sind die Bretter auch mal grün verfärbt, das liegt an der Imprägnierung. Im Baumarkt sehen solche Bretter auch genau so aus. Bei gesägten Brettern findet man immer "Splitter" und raue stellen. Die Abweichungen liegen auch im normalen Toleranzbereich.Ich habe nach der Lieferung erst mal eine Inventur gemacht. Es hat nichts gefehlt, bei den Schrauben lagen auch einige mehr dabei.Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Verpackung der Schrauben und Kleinteile. Das ist alles zusammen in einem großen Beutel. Wir haben es sortiert und durchgezählt, war etwas mühsam. Das kann man doch in einzelne Tüten packen.Der Aufbau ist noch nicht ganz fertig, das Grundstück fällt leicht ab und ich muss längere Schaukel- Stützbalken kaufen.Der Turm lässt sich auch umbauen. Die Rutsche und die Leiter mussten aus Platzgründen nebeneinander.Das Dach habe ich mit Dachpappe belegt und an die Öffnungen im Giebel kommt Plexiglas.Den Sandkasten habe ich auch um eine Reihe Bretter (Baumarkt) erhöht.Die Sägekanten glättet man ohne großen zeitlichen Aufwand mit einem elektrischen Schleifer.Fazit: Jederzeit wieder diesen Spielturm.
