These are not cutesie fashionista boots. They are not meant to be a haute couture fashion bargain. They are WORK BOOTS. They are work boots for wet, yucky conditions. They are made to be worn over regular shoes for people who actually get wet and get dirty. Which is awesome. They are sturdy, have great tread for safe grip (let's face it, wet conditions are slippery conditions), and slide on easily over your regular shoe. Be sure to order the appropriate size that fits over your shoes. As for myself, I love to go blue crabbing, and my favorite spot requires me to trudge through several yards of pluff mud. I will be using these boots to get me through with clean, un-injured feet, and no more slipping and sliding.
