Just make sure to clean your face with hydrogen peroxide before and after you use it, i took that advice from the top reviewer and it worked like a charm i even gave if a test i used the hydrogen peroxide on only one side of my face and not the other, the one I didn't use it on feels kind of itchy but the other one feels great! Another thing i love about this little tweezy is the clear cover which traps the hairs in and it also seems quite sturdy and not cheaply made at all, the only thing I don't like is that it's kind of noisy but that doesn't bother me. The size is just right and compact you can put it in your purse which makes it perfect for traveling. To maintain the life of this product you shouldn't let water get to it and if your face is sweaty it won't work well as your hairs will be stuck to your face, also use it regularly even if you don't have much hairs to pull so you prevent the batteries leaking and going bad inside it. They look exactly the same, but my tweezee was amazing at plucking out every hair in its path and this thing plucks out..... NOTHING - like literally nothing. I'm running it over eyebrow stumble that I can clearly see between my eyebrows and it doesn't pluck a single hair - I try every angle and still nothing... on hairs ranging from 1mm long to a 1/4 inch or 1/2 inch, still can't snag ANY of them. The pluckers seem to be spinning faster than my tweezee did.... so maybe it's just going too fast to catch the hairs? I'll need to find some half drained batteries to see if that helps. But, if the issue is just simply a poor design that I can't change then they're just completely useless.
