Everything ok.
I wish to grow yucca plants in frount of house , seeds is least expensive way

So far so good
Before planting I put the seeds in a food container b/w two wet paper towels and put the lid on loosely. Upon advice I kept them in the dark at 65-75 degrees. Kept the paper towels damp and after about 1 week half the seeds germinated and a few more since then. Based on research anything over 50% germination is a good result. The germinated seeds are now in a planter tray w/ a slightly sandy soil that I'm keeping it moist, but not drowning it. Will update in a few weeks...

Once established, it spreads like crazy
This plant is beautiful, no doubt. After the blooms wither, cut off the stem with the green pods or it will spread like crazy. It also propogates from the bottom, it can result in a thicket that small animals love. The fronds are like swords, sharp tips and sharp sides.
