Good fusion of spices
Like this very much. I cook Thai food on a regular basis from scratch but just wanted something quick and easy for stir fried noodles or pork. Was a bit dubious at first but it tastes really good when cooked.

Tasty Thai seasoning perfect for marinades, curry’s and salads
I really love thai food it is my favourite food and I love a good Thai curry, after travelling extensively through Asia. I used this seasoning alongside a Thai paste sourced from Thailand. I have also used this as a marinade for chicken, it is tasty and has good flavour but I think it needs a bit more of a kick the heat level is mild. I think maybe some more Thai basil and lemongrass would give this a true Thai feel. However I do like this and will use it in other dishes I create at home. It has a versatile flavour that can be used in many dishes, I will try next with some potatoes to create a vegetarian meal and I will add some extra chilli for that kick. The size of the packet is ok and I should get at least 5-6 dishes from this pack, it should last a while.
