Review: Really nice Gazebo. Like other reviewers have said it's quite a bit of work putting it together. I built it in the garage over a few nights, then had 3 other guys to help put up. Took about 3 hrs to put up once you have the 4 roof pieces built. I stained and sealed the wood before putting together. Instructions are good, the video is very helpful too, I suggest a strong anchor bolts, 3/8 is what I used. Review: Most enjoyable project I've completed in a long time. All parts fit perfectly. Never used a saw to adjust any cuts. Directions were very easy to follow. We would like to put this on our flagstone patio, do we need to anchor it down or is it heavy enough?** A: You will need to buy some anchors. I bought some screw type anchors from Amazon. You will have to drill some wholes in your patio and then the anchors will screw into the earth below, secure the top of the anchor to the legs. fill back in around your holes with the paver topping sand or whatever is required of your situation. Live in the Northeast, at the top of a hill. We constantly have winds and quite frequently high winds and have had NO issues with the roof or structure. **Q: Can I hanh a ceiling fan in the middle?** A: Hi Danny, You can hang a fan from the center if you install a 2x4 across the rafters. It will still be plenty high enough even though it will not directly in the peak of the gazebo. You can not hang it directly from the center piece that comes with the gazebo.
