Getting older, its becoming more and more vital to get those extra vitamin content in, and thought I would try these (as I am prone to the odd wine gum or Haribo) and have to admit its something of a morning treat. A nice and tasty gummy to have in the morning that is not over powering, but a nice texture to it. Take one each morning and after a few weeks not noticed any miracle changes, though my fingers nails have started to grow a little bit faster than they usually do and some extra strength. All in all good value for money and worth a try.

I have bought numerous vits over the years from zita west during ivf (meh) to supermarket brands and i rarely stick to the dose due to size or flavour or forgetfullness. I have to say these are the nicest softgels I have ever had and have had a few. No weird taste, just sugar softness and I look forward to eating them. They are not hard gum, they are soft and you almost expect thick jelly to pop out like those bursting bug sweets but it doesn't. Placebo or not I think my mood has lifted with these even carrying hangover. Inositol?? My skin is pretty good normally but seams to be radiant on my face! The nail test will be when my nails come off as it is too soon to say after 2 weeks. Hair no change yet but am hopeful! Now on quest for similar omega pills. I will buy this again 100 percent and remember it is a 2 month supply so i feel these are good value purley for me getting these down me! Jury is out on whether we need added vits or not but for someone who has digestive issues and is currently quite lean for me I think supplements such as these are of value.

Took my hair out of extensions a year ago and really suffered from split ends and breakage. I am always cautious about vitamins. Great intentions but never lasts. I thought i would try Chewy Vites to see if I could stay the course. I must say i am pleasantly surprised. Not only do they taste perfectly ok but they are easy to take (no water required) do not leave a bad taste in my mouth and hey presto my hair is in much better condition and my nails are great!. Long may it continue.

Nice flavour easy to eat , it’s like having a treat in the morning rather than having to swallow tablets! Not missed a day taking them when with normal tablets I would forget because they are not pleasant to swallow. They are quite soft and odd texture but not too bothered about that. Can’t say whether notice any difference I expect many months of taking them before that will happen

I initially reported my results taking these vitamins saying that I was suffering less hair fall but not much change in my nails. I really wanted to see improvement in my nails because since having acrylic nails removed in January my nails have never recovered. They were thin, flaky, broken and stumpy as they could not sustain any growth beyond the end of the nail bed. I never had brilliant nails but they were particularly poor and looked awful. Anyway I’ve stuck with the vitamins and this last week they’ve suddenly developed some strength and growth. I don’t think this is any coincidence and I’m thrilled. I intend to buy them again and I’m hoping to soon have a longer, stronger length to my nails. I can now tap my nails and when I press them they feel strong and don’t bend. Amazing change in only 5/6 weeks of taking. Impressed.

Good value for money and they taste okay, only downside is that some of the chews have almost grisly hard bits in. I can't decide whether they've actually helped with hair/nail growth though.

Great product! I’ve been using this vitamin for several months and have not only noticed my hair & nails thicker but NEW growth! Who would have thought?! It’s been at least 3 months of use to notice the fullness at the roots. It’s a good 2-3 inches so far. They taste really nice and chew easily and dissolve. The packaging is super cute; you cannot go wrong with pink!

I have been using for over a month they taste nice and my nails are stronger, my hair seems longer and no skin break outs, I will continue use and I highly recommend. My nails used to break a lot and my hair has split ends but now the nails are stronger and my hair seems a little longer good results so far!
