Excellent for displaying small fossils. I use them all the time for the ones I find out in the field.

The pin for one of the hinges fell out. Was an easy fix. Very happy with the quality otherwise.

Bought this for a collection im starting for rocks/minerals of NY and it is exactly what im looking for. The case itself feels very solid and professional, they give you a cloth for the glass which is a nice touch and the individual specimen slot jar things are perfect sized for what im doing. each one has its own foam slot to prevent it from moving or turning in the case, each one has foam inside which is super nice for different shaped objects you want to put in, the lids are tight enough to keep things in but not so tight its a pain to take off. once this one fills up i will absolutely be getting another one

The pin in the hinge keeps falling out. I bought in the past and didn't have any trouble, defect I guess. Lucky me.

This is a nice display box for our special collections, and I do really like the black foam insert. Arrived in perfect condition and packaged nicely; it has performed nicely and looks handsome on a shelf.I do feel the price is a bit high, but after researching many similar products, I am ultimately very happy with this item and would recommend.
