I used this to cover up some holes in the deck. It was the perfect color to use for this and I like it that it is so wide. It has not rained enough yet for me to tell how waterproof it is.

The price was right and believe me when I say, this is tough stuff.

Kinda thin. Adhesive is almost worthless. Cheap, though.

I bought some black gaffers' tape a couple months ago, and it worked so well, I bought this roll of white gaffers' tape, and it works just as well.Here's a synopsis of how I use it.I bought this tape to attach a metatarsal pad to the bottom of a sock on my foot. (That's a long story, probably not appropriate for here.) I use the black tape on black or dark socks, and the white tape on white socks.Previous types of tape I'd tried just didn't work. Duct tape and surgical tape and masking tape were all too sticky, and very difficult to remove from the sock material.Then I thought I'd try "gentle paper tape" because it was designed to be easily removed and not caused irritation. Big mistake. It was even harder to remove because it shredded into tiny pieces.Then I read that Gaffer's Tape was created so it could be stuck to clothing and removed without leaving any residue, so I ordered this tape, and it was the best I'd tried for this job.It keeps the metatarsal pad firmly in place while in use, and even though it takes a bit of effort to get started removing it, once you get the edge up, it comes off very nicely, it doesn't pull the fabric out of shape, and it doesn't leave any adhesive revenue.This is the kind of tape I will be using for this job in the future.

Wanted to use as decorative trim under crown molding. Too lazy to paint a stripe of white so I though to myself… self, white tape would be awesome. It stayed in place for less than a day. I stood and watched it slowly peel off and fall to the floor. Self said to me … what a stupid idea!

I worked in the Fire House for 25 years and we used painted lines to help with backing the Engines into the station. I had trouble backing into my garage at home so I decided to give this a try. Perfect!!! Easy to applyand very visible in low light. Sticks like it was painted on! Water and mud does not affect it! Not as thick as duct tape, but every bit as tough if not more.

Love this tape. I keep reordering it. I like the 1” better than the 2” Seems to tear better when trying to break off end. I use it for all my storage and kitchen labeling. Well made. Great price
