This tea knocked my ass out! I started yawning pretty quick. At first I thought it was because I also had a magnesium gummy but realized later this stuff was doing it too. Great for those who have trouble sleeping. The taste isn’t bad either. Definitely reordered some and will continue to do so.

It tastes good and it keeps me together! I sleep better & it helps stay calm on stressful days at work. I'm was surprised how great it works especially for the price. I take it with me everywhere I go. thank you

Absolutely delightful tea.

It's a bitter taste, but willing to try it and to help with consumption I sliced an apple, ginger root fresh lemon and lime slices were added and a few blackberries to reduce bitter taste. Since I'm trying to improve my digestion, sugar nor honey was an option to add. I am certain that mind over matter will prevail for my taste buds.

This was my first time trying mushroom tea, I was pleasantly surprised by the taste, it was like tea not mushrooms. I was very disappointed by the packaging, the outer wrapper would rip the tea bag on several occasions and I had to throw away the tea bag because the tea would come out and float around in the water. So, I ended up throwing out 5-6 bags. If it was just one, then I would be that bothered by it. But I’m not going to purchase this tea again and spend money to have to throw away 1/3 of the box because the tea bags got ripped when opening.

Waste of money

I keep a healthy skepticism regarding purported "miracle" products; if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. This tea has thus far proved the exception to that rule, with one or two cups per evening having made a noticeable reduction in my high levels of anxiety and stress. It's not a cure, but it's definitely helping me - in fact, more so than virtually anything else I've tried in the last decade. I would absolutely recommend this product!

Great for digestion…

Basically just peppermint. Nice brand and happy with other selection of their tea's but about 10-20% of teabags rip open.

Amazing tea. I have high blood pressure and anytime I finish my 12 hours shift I had fluids retention on both feet. After drinking this tea I have seen great improvements in my feet. My eyes are still puffy but the feet has stopped swelling. I recommend this tea with people with high blood pressure.
