A product should not start off by aggravating you and breaking your fingernails. That's just my opinion. This product comes tightly sealed, and then a label glued over that so you can't easily peel off the plastic casing. At last you succeed, but NOW, good luck removing the cap. I tried everything - twisting, pulling, using a dry cloth. My husband tried, and he's a strong guy. Finally I had to run boiling water over the cap to loosen it enough to pull it off. This is ridiculous. The liner itself seems OK, but they have to do something about the packaging.

I really like the color but it fades quickly

I thought I was getting L'Oreal and I got this one not happy the product I used and it doesn't go on very nicely

Very soft. Glides on smooth. Dark blue with a touch of subtle purple. So subtle but that was my impression. Very pretty. I wanted a blue pencil that was not black.

When trying to apply to eyelid, the tip broke off, so I sharpened it and attempted to apply again and the tip broke off again, so now I use the broken pieces by smashing them and applying... only because the color Grey is perfect! However, I will not purchase again.
