I have had chronic insomnia for many years. Even GP prescribed medication doesn't work. However this is my second order. It does help with my sleep issues, however like all products the effect does eventually wear off and I have to give it a rest and try something else.

Rather large,solid tablet.I found them effective in helping me sleep as I didnty want to take prescription tablets.

I used a long time ago other antidepressant. I want to decrease it , so I use this carefully, max 2 in one day.My nightmares are gone and there are a lot of inexplicable and unnecessary worries about everyday things. It greatly increases my daily comfort and sleeps more peacefully. This was no longer possible with the antidepressant. Now I’m trying to reduce and completely switch to a natural sedative.

Don't think they worked for me. I felt no difference and didn't lose weight

I bought this product as I was waking up every 3 hours. After taking it I woke up every 2 hours and could no longer sleep after 5 am.

Excellent product took a few weeks but it works.

Would definitely recommend

Made no difference whatever but i was only trying them out.
