LG Electronics Tone Pro HBS-760 Bluetooth Wireless Stereo Headset - Retail Packaging -Purple

I purchased these for my wife as a gift, she'd been looking at several different ones but was most drawn to these. I don't know if we bought a defective set or what but the max volume was so low that you could barely hear when turned all the way up. And the volume button was hideous in itself as its a very small toggle on the side. So again I am not sure if maybe the headset we purchased was just defective or what but I certainly would not recommend this one at all.

I had this headset for several months when the right side suddenly dropped to about half volume. I sent it to LG for a replacement under the warranty. They couldn't get me a purple replacement, so I settled for black. A few months after getting the replacement, the same thing happened. The right side suddenly dropped to half. I'm sending it in for a replacement again, but this model is obviously defective. Save yourself the hassle.

This product started off working well. However, after not even 6 months it doesn't work hardly at all. I purchased this one as well as the pink one and they both disconnect all on there own. It sucks period. It hasn't even been a year and it's already malfunctioning. A complete waste of money

This is my first time using wifi headphones. Since I went to the iPhone 7 plus - I had to. I'm very impress with the quality of being able to hear when talking on the phone. I use my cell for work so being able to hear what customers are saying is important.

Umm.. This LG Tone Pro HBS-760 Headset is an ok headset but the HBS-750 is way better if you can indeed find a true new one cause it's discontinued. This 760 headset does not sound as good, doesn't have as far of a range as the older one did and the magnetic ear pieces don't seem to attach as easily as the old 750 did because they're flat where the magnet is instead of rounded which one would think the flatter, the better but the other 750 was super easy to snap back into place and these new ones on the 760 have to be aligned just right. The earbuds are a tad thicker which when using the smallest ones I'm still having a hard time getting them in as they are too big for my ear and kind of just set half cocked in and fall out often. The controls are different also and not as easy to operate with one hand in my opinion. I really don't know why LG redesigned the entire headset... shouldn't try to fix what is not broken and working well. They really did redesign everything on these 760s vs the 750s. The shape is not as comfortable because they're flatter which touches more surface of your collarbone and they even made the back band a tad squared instead of rounded (though that doesn't effect anything it's just another design change). I've been able to literally compare these two models because I still have my old one that is inoperable so as I was experiencing such inconveniences with these 760's I started looking my older 750's to find out why.The bottom line:If you've never had the olderLG HBS-750 then you'll probably LOVE thisLG HBS-760 Tone Pro Headset as I do believe that the LG's are one of the better brands of headsets... But, if you've owned the older headset then you will probably be a tad disappointed in comparison. I am keeping mine because I don't think there is better out there last time I checked but I am having to adjust quite a bit so just gotta suck it up and accept... haha!It is extremely unbelievable how LG headsets are progressively getting worse in quality with each new model though🤔**The product was delivered quickly and the product was indeed new and in excellent new condition as well as the packaging and the ordering process was smooth.👍🏽

After being very happy with the HBS-730 and HBS-750, I was happy to order the HBS-760 as a replacement. Unfortunately these do not come close to the quality of the previous models. The first set I received had a bad left ear bud. It was such that you could listen in the right only or blow out your right ear to hear anything in the left. Amazon quickly replaced the defective set with a new set, but the new set suffers from the same problem in the right ear bud. Both sets of headphones had poor bluetooth connectivity that resulted in frequent intermittent drops of signal, even when stationary, and with my phone in my hand, not in a pocket or purse. The second set is being returned as well. I will now be forced to consider other brands as LG no longer represents the quality it used to.

She loved them, until the back black rubber piece started splitting. They still work but got replacements.
