A buddy of mine told me that pine nuts help with testosterone levels. I am old and have always had low testosterone levels. I haven't had any recent blood work done to see if my T levels have gone up. But, I will say that my body CRAVES these!I absolutely LOVE the taste. It makes me happy that these are organic. I don't like to wear my dentures but that doesn't stop me from eating these. I pop a few tablespoons worth in my mouth and just enjoy the flavor for awhile before swallowing. They are soft.I recommend them as a great snack. You don't know what you're missing! They are more expensive than some other brands that are out there, but I like the non-gmo goodness, freshness, taste and rawness of them. I plan to buy these again soon!
