I had a terrible infection in my legs from lymphedema. I was going to wound care but couldn’t walk so good (I was diagnosed w heart failure) so I stopped going. I bought this and did exactly what the drs were doing. I sprayed the area and washed my legs and covered them. Well I waited 2 months. I feel better so I went back to wound care and the infection is gone!!!! Legs still look a little funky but no more yellow junk oozing from site. So happy!

I really like this! I have fissures created by chaffing in some areas of my poor crippled body. It can be difficult to get them clean without breaking them open again when I wash with a wash rag, soap and water. Soap and water also tends to dry out the skin in these areas which does not help the problem. I started using this wound cleanser with some soft gauze pads (also purchased on Amazon) and am very pleased with the results. It is more gentle to my skin than the soap and comes off easily, no rinsing required, simply pat dry. Since I so I am not rinsing to get all the soap off, I am not causing them to break open every.time I wash so they are finally starting to heal! When there is an open spot, it stings a little but not much and not for long. The fissures and the area around them were becoming rough and bumpy and itched frequently but now they are healing smoothly, no more lumpy, bumpy areas. The itching has subsided, too. It is easy to use. It's unscented. The trigger top allows me to adjust to a spray or stream depending on what area I am cleaning. I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend it!

I was put on a feeding tube in December 2025. I need to clean the stoma (the hole in my body around the tube) 2-3 times per day or more. I have pretty sensitive skin, such that medical tape, chlorhexidine, and other "skin topicals" can be really irritating. My doctor did not want me using diluted hydrogen peroxide long term if I could avoid it. This works well and does not sting or irritate. I have had no infection for nearly 6 months now. I recommend it highly.

Purchased for skin tears for an elderly family member. Nurse had used it on skin tears my family member had. My family member liked it so when we ran out we purchased another. Good size and easy for my elderly family member to spray it and care for wounds independently.

This spray is so important to keep on hand for any unexpected skin tears,,abrasions etc. If used immediately it helps prevent infections and promotes healing. I keep it available at all times since as a senior my skin breaks easily.
