GeoxMen's Uomo Snake L Sneakers

Hello petrolheads!Geox Snake K (laces) and L (no laces) with mesh upper make perfect driving shoes, while still being pretty enough to walk around. Having mesh uppers is important, as the mesh allows the weak airflow inside the car to reach the canvas of the lining. The shoes are shaped correctly for sports driving: low and comfortable, thin and not oversized sole without cushioning, rounded heel, curved towards the big toe, plenty of ventilation including through the sole. I chose the option without laces to ease changing the shoes while sitting in the driver's seat. Geox U Drive shoes, although advertised for driving, by reviews are a bit too hot, many of leather Geoxes are...They also look pretty to be wearable with jeans short distances in the dry. They are comfortable enough when walking, but the mesh uppers and holes in the soles (even with a high tech membrane) make them unsuitable for wet/muddy conditions. Some may complain about the sole being not as soft as in some trail running shoes.These shoes are not for running, because foot fixation is a bit lose, and shock absorption is traded for water evaporation through the sole, which only happens when the sole is dry, i.e. when driving rather than standing on grass/soil.Sizing: UK 11 -> Geox UK 10.5, medium wide, plenty of space for the toes.

They look great and they are really comfortable. As slip on shoes they have to be the right size. I have wide feet so I order shoes that are longer than my feet to get the width right. These size 11 shoes fit perfectly and do not wiggle. They feel sturdy and I have not noticed them becoming loose over time. They grip well and look great too.

We got these to replace some very disappointing Roos and so far they have proven to be very good. They look stylish, are easy for my son to get on and off as he struggles with lace ups and are comfortable.Pros:Easy to get on and offTrue to sizeSeem comfortable (he's not complained!)Well madeGrippy solesCons:Very flat on the feetNot sure about how much support there is for your feetGeox tend to be well made and these are no exception. I hate buying shoes online but these fit very nicely. I am a size 10 UK and these size 10's are 'just right' on my foot. Light & comfortable. I have a pair of other brand running trainers that are hurting my achilles tendon but these dont annoy me at all.. Only received them yesterday so no idea how they wear...

I have some lace up Snake's which I really like, but wanted something I could put on and take off quickly. These looked perfect but, whilst I ordered the same size as before, these are just (slightly) on the loose side. Now if you don't like tight shoes these will be fine but I prefer a snug fit, hence the 4 stars. The quality of the shoe and the look is just right, so I have kept them and wear them regularly so it's not a big issue. As you pay for what you get ( and these are good quality) I feel Geox shoes generally are slightly overpriced and you're pay for the name, hence 4 stars here - again, others may disagree.

A good maker of shoe at a good discounted price.

Der Schuh passt in der bestellten Größe wie alle Schuhe von Geox. Es gibt keine Abweichungen. Bequem und für den tgl. Gebrauch gut geeignet. Leider bekommt Geox es mit der Gummierung der einzelnen Noppen nicht hin, dass die Sohle nicht so schnell abgelaufen ist.

Très bon produit. Je suis un habitué de ces chaussures pour leur confort , leur souplesse et bien sûr du style. Ce n'est pas pour rien que j'en ai 4 paires différentes. De plus, je n'ai pas de transpiration des pieds grâce à leur aération.
