Search for "touch pad serialio_30.100.1915.1_pv_cnl_19h1.zip" and look for the link pointing to cyberpowerinc . com Download the files "serialio_30.100.1915.1_pv_cnl_19h1.zip" and "touch pad.zip" First I installed touch pad.zip and then serialio_30.100.1915.1_pv_cnl_19h1.zip and rebooted. The touchpad has been working without problems since. The non working touchpad in Windows 10 is not a hardware problem. I installed linux before even starting Windows 10 and the touchpad worked with linux without having to install any additional drivers. Played a couple of recent graphically demanding games and didn't experience any cpu or gpu throttling due to heat. Fans spun up loudly but cpu and gpu temps were never over 80c, averaging in the mid 70s. Decided to give this a try after researching Dell G5s and other brand laptops with the i7-10750h thermal throttling while gaming and so far, for the price, am impressed with this laptop.

This is a great gaming laptop. Beautiful laptop great performance, great display and perfect for both office and gaming or engineering workstation like heavy 3D computing CAD or CAE work.Packaging is impressive. I have not seen a computer so well packet in my whole life. So Cyberpower and Amazon you are the best. Delivery as expected on time. Great graphic card and runs like a more expensive units.the I5 does not deteriorates performance at all. I would pair to 16gb and a 1tb drive soon. But for now, it is by far my best laptop. The only con is the touchpad that like most of the gaming laptops is not as sensitive. But I use a blootooth mouse. I may need to expend some time calibrating the mouse pad.

Whats not wrong with this laptop? I got it for christmas and was planning to not open it till the day. If youre getting this early or for a gift save disappointment and OPEN IT NOW! 1.Right out of the box i got blue screen of death, critical process died. 2. It came missing 9 drivers, 3 of which were super important for the laptop to work, causing immense lag while trying to download them. 3. I had to navigate the entire startup process with just tab and keys because no touchpad driver was installed. I worked on it for 7 hours that night, downloading a driver would crash it, opening chrome would crash it, opening 2 different browsers would crash it. Tried to reinstall a clean version of windows and i crashed 4 times during it, at THE most inoppurtune part, making that process 4 hours long. 4. It overheats like crazy. While opening microsoft edge it takes a few minutes to open, and CHUGS while it does it, sometimes resulting in a crash. 5th and most importantly. IF CYBERPOWER MESSES YOU UP, THEY *DO NOT* WANT TO HELP. I was on hold with customer service for an hour and then as soon as I finally got someone, immediately put me on hold for another 30 mins. Had to hang up. Did it again, whole process repeat. The only way i got through to someone was contacting one of amazons supervisors and making him stay on the phone with me (they also hung up on him, so thats when the refund finally starts). For the short moment i spoke with them, they didnt even want to refund they just wanted to "repair" it and send it back. I searched up peoples experiences and they will "repair" it, send back the same crappy laptop outside of return warranty so then youre stuck out of a thousand+ bucks. Save yourself the headache, listen to the reviews here and online and DO NOT scam yourself with this thing. The only good thing about it is its light. Oh and before it shuts off, the screen thats buffering looks kinda pretty too.

Buyer beware-After only a few months of use the backspace key popped up and a piece under it broke on the keyboard so they key cap won’t stay on. We contacted cyber power and they wanted to charge us to ship the laptop back to them and then $900 to fix the key. Said they would need to replace the whole keyboard and that “keys don’t just brake so it was physical damage and not covered under the warranty”. A gaming laptop keyboard should last longer than a couple months. My daughter is totally bummed. Other than that, it’s decent for gaming on and runs good. Horrible customer service.

Worst battery life. I’m had to keep it plugged to a wall charger 3 hours after I got it. Processing power is good. All button atop the keyboard have never worked. Keyboard doesn’t light up. Haven’t had any correspondence with seller, I’m stuck with it. $1400 Mistake

We love this laptop. My husband uses it in place of a PC. SO he does not take it off the charger all the much but he loves the smoothness of the computer and it runs well.
