100%After purchasing a jar of 'organic' honey from Trader Joe's (from Mexico) and opening it up and finding it absolutely inferior in regards to taste, color, consistency (hard as hard ice cream; nothing to do with weather), I suspected that this honey was 'cut'. Most likely with either corn syrup or rice syrup. Did you guys know that the world consumes way more honey than the bees can produce? Well, 'cutting' it is how it's done. And China is the biggest culprit, exporting all over the world.SHEEFA honey is 100% pure, raw, unfiltered, beautiful tasting from California beekeepers. This sage button is so good that I'm trying every kind that they carry. I've written this review because I believe in the work and dedication that beekeepers strive for in keeping healthy bees and hives. This planet needs them. Kudos to them and Sheefa Honey.
