Thick material (sweater jacket vs just a sweater) which is perfect in my old cold house. shallow front pockets fit my fists, not objects. A bit shorter than I'd prefer, make my torso look short/wide frumpy - but doesn't really take away from the fact this is gorgeous! Not itchy at all which I expect from wool jackets I've purchased from elsewhere. The apricot color is lovely since a lot of "khaki/beige" colors look terrible.
